launched in March 2005, by Faulkner Brand Inc. The Brandityourself.com
website and Brand it Yourself product are designed and developed
by and are wholly owned by Faulkner Brand Inc., a private Canadian
company.
Brandityourself.com is dedicated to marketing and selling a unique
brand education audio system titled, Brand it Yourself. We believe
that this product presents an original and independent voice that
is easy to follow and can assist in the development in a wide
range of skill levels in producing and managing a business brand.
Privacy Policy
The following privacy policy is intended to explain how Faulkner
Brand Inc. and Brandityourself.com treats personal information
that Faulkner Brand Inc. and Brandityourself.com collects and
receives, including information related to your past use of Brandityourself.com
products and services. Personal information and information about

email address, or phone number, and that which is not otherwise

Shipping
Orders placed before 12:30 pm (Pacific Standard time)
M-F will be processed and shipped by the next business day. We
do not offer Saturday, Sunday or holiday order processing or delivery.
Allow up to 2 business days for international orders to process
and ship. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
Tracking information will be emailed to the email address on your
order when your order ships (please allow up to 24 hours for this
email). We are not responsible for carrier delays due to
weather, etc. and shipping refunds will not be processed for carrier
delays.
Refused items will still be responsible for all shipping costs,
plus a $20 refusal fee for domestic orders within Canada, $20USD
for shipments to the USA, and $30USD on international; plus any
additional customs fees.
International Product Orders (including USA) Recipients are responsible
for additional customs duties and taxes charged by your country
upon delivery. Our shipping fee reflects shipping only. We do
not control these fees as they are levied by your individual country
of residence. Refused items will still be responsible for all
shipping costs, plus a refusal fee (noted above) and any
additional customs fees.
Returns
The Brand it Yourself products come with a 30-day no hassle return
policy. You may return a Brand it Yourself product within 30 days
from the shipment date and you will receive a full refund (less
shipping and handling). Note: the shipment date is stated on your
original shipping waybill. The product will be accepted for refund
only if it is unopened and therefore, includes all of the product
components in good condition, with a Return Merchandise Authorization
No. (RMA). For an RMA please email returns@brandityourself.com.
Please allow up to 3-4 weeks for refund processing once the
product has been received by Faulkner Brand Inc. Any refused items
will still be responsible for all shipping costs, plus a $20 refusal
fee for domestic orders within Canada, $20USD for shipments to
the USA, and $30USD on international shipments; plus any additional
customs fees.
Many internet sites may advertise and offer Faulkner Brand Inc.,
Brand it Yourself products. They often represent many authors
or speakers, and are not directly certified in our material. Ordering
direct ensures that you are part of the Brand it Yourself community
directly, where we can assist you with our expertise, product
questions, expedited returns, and the latest news, announcements
and special offers from Faulkner Brand Inc. and Brand it Yourself.

Our guarantee is based upon an intention to provide business owners,
managers and entrepreneurs with information that guides a listener
to the development of a new perspective on how to think about
and run a business, specifically from the perspective of brand.
Our Guarantee “Guaranteed to change the way you think about
business” must meet the following conditions:
• At the time of listening to this system you (the listener)
did not possess corporate branding knowledge, and were not employed
by a brand agency or creative or graphical design company.
• You listened to this program in its entirety and completed
the exercises.
• Your intention from the point of purchase throughout your
